I'm Erika Ribu

...A spiritual academic, journalist, shaman and writer with a deep passion for helping others find their authentic voice.

Many people who come to me struggle with writer’s block, overthinking or a feeling that their creativity has become distant. They want to write, but the words don’t flow, and self-doubt often gets in the way. I know this feeling well. After losing touch with my own creativity for several years, I had to rediscover a way of writing that was not only about technique, but also about intuition, openness and presence.

Through years of spiritual practice and inner work, I developed an approach that combines writing with intuitive and spiritual guidance. Instead of forcing ideas through the mind, this method helps you listen inward and allow the words to emerge from a deeper place. When you write this way, the pressure to perform disappears and creativity begins to flow naturally.

I am also the author of three books in Norwegian: a non-fiction book about burnout in working life, a poetry collection, and a novel. The novel will soon be released in English.

Through soulful and intuitive writing, I help you release creative blocks, let go of perfectionism, and express yourself with greater freedom and clarity.
