That you take in too much – moods, energies, looks, words between the lines – and that the world around you is too loud, too fast, too logical to accommodate you? Have you felt that what you are good at – feeling, listening, seeing the depth of things – is rarely appreciated in a culture that rewards pace, analysis and achievement?l The Tools You Need To Build A Successful Online Business
If you are a highly sensitive and intuitive feeler, you know what it is like to live in a left-brain world. You may have adapted for so long that you have almost forgotten who you were before you started hiding. You may have become good at doing the “right” thing, but have felt a silent longing to be yourself – fully and completely.
Many of us carry a silent longing:
- The longing to understand ourselves.
- The longing to love who we really are, without trying to change ourselves to fit in.
- The longing to use our gifts – sensitivity, intuition, creativity – to the fullest.
This course is designed for exactly that. It’s not just about writing. It’s about coming home to yourself. Discovering that you’re not wrong. Learning how your way of sensing and creating is an asset, not a weakness. Creating from a place where both the heart and the right hemisphere have space – and where the left can serve, not rule.
When you understand yourself as an intuitive feeler, you open the door to a new way of living and writing. A way that gives you peace, freedom and a space to express all of yourself – with all that you are.

… as a highly sensitive/intuitive person you feel you could:Â
Â
Recognize that your sensitivity is a strength – not a weakness.
Understand why you experience the world so intensely, and know how to stand firm in it.
Stop over-adapting, and instead be secure in your own rhythm and way of being.
Create a life with more peace, self-care and boundaries that protect your energy.
See your intuition as a reliable compass – both in everyday life and in creative processes.
… in your intuitive writing you could:
Write freely, without censoring yourself or stopping in self-criticism.
Make the words flow naturally – without having to force them into a template.
Let your intuition guide the writing process, so that you always know what the next step is.
Create texts that feel real, present and meaningful – both for you and the reader.
Find your way back to the joy of writing, and experience that writing gives you energy instead of draining you.
Maybe you're afraid of...
That you're too sensitive to cope in a world that moves so fast.
That you'll always feel "wrong" and different.
That you can't protect your energy well enough to create
That others seem to have more strength, confidence, or direction than you.
That your way of being and sensing doesn't fit anywhere.
That you'll never be able to live out what's inside you.
Through all the workshops, courses, and conversations I've had with highly sensitive and intuitive feelers, I've never met anyone who can't find peace, power, and direction when they get the right tools—and the support they need. We all have this strength within us, including you.
With awareness, training, and self-care, you'll discover that what you've long perceived as a burden is actually your greatest asset. That you can trust your own way of being—and use your sensitivity as a compass, both in life and in your writing.

During the unit therapy study, Erika Ribu has provided linguistic guidance that has been rigorous and innovative. Her contribution has been significant for the development of new professional literature and has also shaped and improved my language, both academically and literarily. Erika Ribu is a rare talent within her fields of expertise and I give her my highest recommendation.

I have used Erika Ribu's consulting services in the field of Plain Language and Writing in general with interest and great benefit. This as guidance in connection with my ongoing writing projects. We have worked on the column format and we have worked on a book I am writing. We have worked on the structure of the book, project description and writing style. I am well on my way with my projects and I learned a lot from Erika. I would therefore recommend her as a driving force and confident plain language consultant, editor and writing supervisor. Erika is well prepared, she is a good educator, she is independent and proactive and thus a good discussion partner who comes up with ideas and perspectives that testify to ownership of the process and a sense of responsibility for the person she supervises. Erika's proactive and creative way of being a supervisor in connection with projects and texts leads to good discussions, better texts and better solutions. Erika can help with both columns, non-fiction and fiction. She is worth her weight in gold.Â

As a book debutant and a beginner in the process of publishing a book on my own publisher, I encountered several challenges along the way in the writing process. When the manuscript was ready enough for the work on the finishing touches to begin, I felt that I was “completely stuck”. That was when I was fortunate enough to come into contact with Erika Ribu. With her professionalism, her broad knowledge and her pleasant demeanor, the collaboration was a pleasure. I received quick and effective help in reviewing the manuscript, in terms of structure, content and language. Erika does not give any substantial corrections, but guides and gives room to find the desired expression, through suggestions for reflection. It gives a good sense of security to know that Erika has considered the writing work. Thank you very much, Erika! Your competence and good ability to collaborate can be highly recommended to others.

Who am I?
My name is Erika Ribu, and I am a spiritual academic – someone who unites the mundane with the spiritual. I have been writing ever since I was four years old and filled the wall at home with a story about Ole, Dole and Doffen. As a child, I had strong spiritual experiences and a natural connection with intuition and creativity. In middle school, I started channeling texts, but during high school I lost this connection. I adapted, did what was expected, got an education and worked – but constantly felt that something was missing.
The turning point came when I discovered both the concept of high sensitivity and the Myers-Briggs system. When I understood that I am an intuitive feeler (NF type), the pieces fell into place. Suddenly it made sense why I had always felt so much, perceived nuances that others did not, and longed for deep meaning. This insight changed everything – it gave me a new respect for my own nature and a language to explain it.
After many years on the hamster wheel, I found my spirituality again through unity therapy, yoga, meditation, reiki, shamanism and reading. I immersed myself in studies, practices and books, and rediscovered my inner power and joy of creation. This reunion with the soul opened up a rich flow of writing with books, poems, articles and channeled texts. Now I share the methods, tools and insights I have found, so that you too can live and create in sync with your own spiritual, highly sensitive and creative power.
